Senior Strategy Analyst

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the Head of Strategy, President, CFO, and Leadership Team to formulate the Long-Range Plan and Annual Operating Plan, ensuring alignment between Tech and AI Roadmaps and strategic objectives, while monitoring in-year progress against key initiatives and KPIs.

• Assist in creating a long-term Real Estate strategy that is based on analytical precision, customer insights, and brand positioning—monitor the pipeline and lease renewals, collaborate with Finance on new lease projections, review lease agreements, and lead communications with the construction and store operations teams.

• Foster strategic and analytical rigor across various functions, including Merchandising category-level LRPs, Store Ops P&L dashboarding, and Digital customer journey mapping.

• Collaborate across functions to develop the growth strategy and execution roadmap for expanding service offerings such as cooking classes, knife sharpening, and registry services.

• Develop business cases, analyze company, customer, and external data, evaluate consumer insights and competitive benchmarks, and create essential decision dashboards to facilitate crucial business choices.

• Identify significant consumer, competitive, vendor, and market trends, translating insights into actionable go-to-market strategies and recommendations.

• Improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the President and Leadership Team by providing ad hoc support—creating board decks, partnership presentations, townhall materials, conducting survey analysis, and managing projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 2 years of experience in a strategy consulting role with an emphasis on revenue growth and/or private equity diligence.

• Retail experience with a strong brand- and consumer-focused approach.

• Excellent project management abilities with a proven track record of handling multiple concurrent workstreams.

• Strong analytical skills and expertise in financial modeling; advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

• Frequent user of AI tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

• Exceptional communication skills, executive presence, and capacity to collaborate with diverse stakeholders at various levels.
