This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +4 more states.
• Lead and oversee strategic workstreams within intricate, large-scale professional services projects, ensuring alignment with the customer’s vision, metrics, and roadmap.
• Develop and present compelling insights on market trends, competitive positioning, and the strategic advantages of Agentforce for Supply Chain and Manufacturing clients.
• Utilize extensive domain expertise in Backoffice supply chain and manufacturing processes to convert high-level strategy into actionable business process designs and effective configuration plans.
• Define, create, and expand the Agentic Enterprise Implementation Playbook, establishing methodologies, best practices, and standards for deploying AI-driven solutions at scale.
• Conduct assessments and lead workshops to formulate future-state visions and develop clear, multi-year strategic roadmaps that prioritize investments and support essential business objectives.
• Create strategic use cases to illustrate the value of the recommended strategy, the case for change, and its implications for the organization.
• Collaborate directly with the license sales team to provide industry, solution, and value expertise throughout the sales cycle, aiming to increase Annual Contract Value.
• Build and maintain executive relationships to understand strategic priorities, foster consensus, and secure organizational commitment for transformation initiatives.
• Assist in positioning and selling large-enterprise consulting engagements by defining program scope, team composition, value narrative, and presentation materials.
• Actively identify and unveil future Sales opportunities and facilitate the transition from initial engagements to long-term, follow-on delivery projects.
• Support business and technology leaders in adopting new digital operating models, governance strategies, and approaches to ensure sustained success and value realization.
• Contribute to the development of implementation methodologies, best practices, and internal tools, specifically enhancing the Agentic Enterprise Implementation Playbook with supply chain expertise.
• Excel in cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Engagement Leaders, Solution/Technical Architects, and External Partners to ensure cohesive strategy and execution.
• Over 8 years of experience in consulting for enterprise-level technology transformation programs at Fortune 500 companies or equivalent direct industry experience leading strategic change.
• Proven expertise in backoffice supply chain and manufacturing processes across various industries, with the capability to define target operating models.
• Strong go-to-market (GTM) support experience, including scoping, proposal development, responding to RFPs, and delivering compelling presentations to C-suite executives, complemented by objection-handling skills.
• Outstanding ability to develop Industry Points of View that encompass identifying market trends, competitive responses, and solution offerings pertinent to AI and the Agentic Era.
• Proficiency in Enterprise Architecture, Business Strategy, Program Governance, Experience Design, and/or Value Realization methodologies.
• In-depth knowledge of key business value drivers and success metrics typical for large-enterprise Supply Chain and Manufacturing organizations.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze and synthesize information, particularly in scenarios where data may be ambiguous, and strategic and creative thinking are essential.
• Willingness to travel as necessary to meet with key customers and partners.
