This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Engage in targeted, high-impact opportunities to enhance the likelihood of closing deals by implementing structured strategies and aligning solution value with economic and clinical outcomes.
• Drive differentiation by showcasing portfolio advantages in bundled and enterprise solutions.
• Assist in opportunities that involve multiple stakeholders, bundled product portfolios, tenders, evaluations, or lengthy buying cycles.
• Collaborate with pricing, contracts, and marketing teams to shape deal structures and enhance outcomes.
• Work closely with internal commercial teams, demonstrating field capability enhancement by coaching regional representatives on deal strategies, competitive positioning, and value articulation.
• Maintain organized records in Salesforce.com.
• Support accurate staging of opportunities, close plans, and next steps.
• Provide insights on deal quality and risk during forecast reviews.
• Share best-practice examples and contribute to the development of standard deal playbooks and sales resources.
• Over 7 years of experience in the patient monitoring marketplace.
• Demonstrated success in business development, marketing, and/or sales within the healthcare or medical device industry.
• Strong understanding of the marketplace, including competitor activities, emerging trends, and customer requirements.
• Ability to analyze market data and convert insights into actionable strategies for business growth.
• Proficient in developing and nurturing relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), clinicians, and other stakeholders.
• Proven capability to facilitate engagement, organize educational events, and establish networks that drive business results.
• Experience in developing cross-functional relationships and collaborating with third-party vendors, such as OEMs.
• Works efficiently across teams, contributing to strategic planning and optimizing workflows.
• Proactive and organized approach to collaboration, ensuring alignment with sales, marketing, and product management teams.
