• Collaborate with program managers on the customer side, senior IT executives, and business stakeholders accountable for the integration and management of significant investments.
• Take ownership of the complete delivery process for high-revenue programs, which includes data center construction, HPC/cloud deployments, intricate software integrations, and transitioning to sustaining support, while ensuring adherence to scope, timeline, quality, and profitability.
• Lead teams comprised of program managers, project managers, and technical experts—setting strategic direction, mentoring talent, assessing performance, and prioritizing investments amid uncertainty.
• Act as a liaison between technical and business stakeholders; clearly communicate across all levels and foster alignment when expectations need to be reinforced or adjusted.
• Coordinate efforts across teams involved in construction/project management, software/service delivery, manufacturing, and supply chain to eliminate obstacles and maintain program timelines.
• Serve as the primary contact for customer commitments, contracts, and statements of work.
• Maintain ongoing communication with key stakeholders, develop and strengthen relationships with stakeholders, support team members, and engage with the wider business community.
• Lead proactively, tackling challenging issues alongside team members when necessary, and delegate thoughtfully to ensure a scalable business while fostering capability and leadership within your extended team.
• Previous experience in people management with a strong focus on program development and execution.
• Proven success in delivering complex, contract-based solutions to external paying clients (including hardware, software, and services).
• Experience managing highly complex programs that often involve construction/project management, technical discovery, and large-scale hardware/software/service delivery as a cohesive offering—comfortable transitioning from data center planning to software specifications and factory/supply chain reconciliation.
• Demonstrated capability to work and lead in an environment characterized by a high level of uncertainty.
• Comfortable embracing the mindset of “I don’t know, but let’s figure it out together” when facing the growing pains typical of a new business or segment.
• Exceptional skills in communication and stakeholder management; ability to bridge disciplines and navigate challenging conversations.
• Domain expertise in high-performance computing, large-scale cloud infrastructure, data center planning, and complex software integration.
• Experience as a contributor or subject matter expert in one or more roles within an extended team, including facilities engineering, compute hardware installation, large-scale system bring-up, software integration, and configuration/localization, as well as service delivery.
