This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Provide specialized support for Financial Management and Resource Management product lines tailored for Specialty Contractors.
• Guide clients and facilitate the realization of long-term value.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and Customer Success Engineers to evaluate business processes and strategic objectives.
• Offer services that review strategic goals and business processes, and devise solutions for client-specific use cases.
• Provide ongoing services to promote continuous process enhancement and maximize platform value.
• Analyze, consult on, and refine client strategic goals, initiatives, and outcomes.
• Integrate client business motivations, operations, and analysis into cohesive strategies.
• Formulate strategies to meet client operational requirements.
• Advise clients on best practices and develop or assess standard operating procedures.
• Create and implement rollout and training strategies, assisting with execution.
• Enhance client business processes through Procore implementation across their organization.
• Deliver high-quality service and education through effective communication.
• Onboard, train, and mentor team members.
• Work collaboratively across Procore to establish best practices and foster product development.
• Attain mastery of Procore products, business model, services, emerging technologies, and Customer Success methodologies.
• Be prepared to travel up to 50% to client locations, industry events, and Procore offices.
• Over 5 years of experience in the construction industry.
• Previous roles as a Project Director, Project Manager, or Construction Manager.
• Proven experience in managing project financials, including budgets, general conditions, forecasting, and profit predictions.
• Expertise in overseeing contracts, change orders, and invoices in both upstream and downstream contexts.
• Competence in resource management, encompassing time tracking, productivity assessment, equipment oversight, labor planning, and resource scheduling.
• Experience in establishing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) or programs is preferred.
• Background in training or software support is preferred.
• A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Passion for technology and interest in modernizing the construction industry.
• Ability to be located in the Central Daylight Time or Eastern Daylight Time zones.
• Openness to travel up to 50%, including both domestic and international trips.
