
Senior Strategic Planning Manager – Agent Sales

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +7 more states.
• Acquire an in-depth knowledge of one or more of Zillow’s business areas, including key performance indicators and opportunities for cross-functional enhancements.
• Conduct sales segmentation analyses to establish customer/account tiers, coverage models, and sales strategies.
• Take ownership of or assist with territory planning, which encompasses territory design, book balancing, account assignment logic, and suggestions to enhance coverage and productivity.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, GTM, and Analytics teams to convert top-line objectives into territory, segment, and representative-level plans.
• Create business cases, perform analytics, and provide recommendations regarding adjustments to coverage, capacity, incentives, and go-to-market strategies.
• Develop performance frameworks and dashboards to assess whether segmentation and territory decisions are enhancing productivity, growth, and customer outcomes.
• Lead the annual and in-year planning processes, which include target setting, performance evaluations, and executive business updates.
• Over 8 years of professional experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in Sales / GTM Strategy and Operations, preferably in a B2B context.
• Experience working in a dynamic Technology, Software, or SaaS environment.
• Background in Management Consulting or the Real Estate Industry is advantageous.
• Proficient in SQL and data manipulation tools (e.g., DataBricks).
• Proven expertise in supporting a quota-carrying sales organization through segmentation, territory design, coverage, or planning decisions.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial and business data and insights to C-level executives.
• Highly collaborative, excelling in fast-paced settings alongside stakeholders from various functions.
• Experience in leading comprehensive projects and aligning with cross-functional stakeholders at all organizational levels.
