Senior Strategic Financial Planning – Analytics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Assist in the creation of essential financial and operational reports and conduct strategic analyses to support decision-making for our rapidly expanding private equity-backed companies;

• Play a key role in the design and execution of reporting and forecasting models and analyses to foster ongoing performance management capabilities;

• Engage and communicate with essential stakeholders, including company management (up to C-suite level) and private equity deal and operational teams, to proactively plan, manage, and execute engagements;

• Aid in the formulation and implementation of actionable strategies to meet established expectations, consistently communicating results to key stakeholders and the Project Lead;

• Assume responsibility for functional tasks, which may encompass but are not limited to:

• Budgeting / forecasting

• Financial and operational reporting

• Profitability analysis

• Development of business processes

• Data management

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree is mandatory

• 3 years of relevant experience required

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting

• Strong presentation skills are essential

• Must have analytical abilities

• Proficient in relevant technology

• Proven ability to communicate verbally and in writing across all organizational levels, both internally and externally

• Willingness to travel as required by client and business needs
