Senior Strategic Consultant – Contractor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the design phase for key accounts and manage workstreams to create transformation roadmaps that include strong business cases.

• Advocate for AI-driven transformation in all client interactions.

• Discover opportunities for intelligent automation and agentic workflows to enhance front-office operations.

• Provide source-agnostic guidance across MarTech, CRM, and Data stacks, including platforms like Adobe, Salesforce, and Snowflake.

• Assist in pre-sales activities by offering strategic insights and defining engagement scopes.

• Recognize potential expansion opportunities within the current customer base.

• Mentor clients on change management initiatives to facilitate adoption and enhancement beyond the implementation phase.

• Define the strategic direction for essential global accounts.

• Interact directly with C-suite executives to create multi-year transformation roadmaps.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must have experience in dedicated advisory, consulting, or strategy roles in prior positions.

• Background in strategy or solution consulting within Marketing, CX, or Digital Transformation.

• Experience with a Big Four firm or a specialized transformation boutique is preferred.

• Proven track record of delivering transformation initiatives within the Financial Services sector.

• Extensive knowledge of the Adobe ecosystem.

• Extensive knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem.

• Familiarity with centralized data infrastructures such as Snowflake.

• Outstanding presentation and relationship-building abilities.

• Capacity to influence C-level stakeholders.

• Capability to work independently and maintain a big-picture perspective.
