Senior Strategic Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Oversee the design phase for key strategic accounts, managing workstreams to create transformation roadmaps backed by solid business cases.

• Advocate for AI-driven transformation in client engagements, pinpointing areas where intelligent automation and agentic workflows can transform front office operations.

• Offer source-agnostic guidance across MarTech, CRM, and Data stacks (such as Adobe, Salesforce, Snowflake, etc.), ensuring client-centric decision-making.

• Assist the sales team during the pre-sales phase by delivering strategic insights, defining engagement scopes, and recognizing expansion possibilities within current accounts.

• Serve as a coach for clients' change management initiatives to ensure successful adoption and optimization beyond the implementation phase.

⛳️ Requirements

• Applicants must have previously held advisory, consulting, or strategic roles in their past positions.

• Prior experience in strategy or solution consulting within Marketing, CX, or Digital Transformation (preferably with Big Four firms or specialized transformation boutiques).

• Demonstrated success in executing transformation projects within the Financial Services industry.

• Extensive knowledge of the Adobe and Salesforce ecosystems, along with centralized data infrastructures like Snowflake.

• Outstanding presentation and relationship-building abilities with the capacity to influence C-level executives.
