Senior Strategic Account Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Idaho.

📋 Description

• Oversee the daily interactions between MWI and the MVH strategic accounts.

• Cultivate and sustain effective working relationships with pertinent departments at MWI.

• Collaborate closely with customers and internal teams.

• Ensure that accounting, billing, and customer contract procedures are accurately followed.

• Efficiently fulfill customer orders.

• Generate standard and custom reports to align with customer requirements.

• Support analytical and operational solutions.

• Provide precise information regarding products, pricing, services, policies, and procedures.

• Keep detailed records of customer interactions and communications in the CRM (Orbit) system.

• Address escalated issues and propose solutions for customer challenges.

• Recommend improvements to enhance customer service operations.

• Complete designated special projects.

• Manage the MBX email inbox for COUPA orders.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED or an equivalent level of experience is required.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service operations, case management, order management, issue resolution, escalation support, service delivery, or a related area is necessary.

• An Associate's degree in business administration, operations, or a related field is preferred.

• Certification as a Customer Experience Professional (CCXP), or a similar qualification is preferred.

• Advanced skills in Excel are required.

• Proficiency in Word and Outlook is essential.

• Demonstrated experience in a customer service role is essential.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills are crucial.

• Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills are important.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks while exhibiting critical and analytical thinking is necessary.

• Experience in a veterinary clinic is desirable.
