This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Oversee account strategy, sales execution, and relationship management in the Pacific Northwest, Dallas, Texas, and Kansas City regions.

• Discover opportunities to showcase Red Hat's comprehensive range of open hybrid cloud solutions, including Red Hat OpenShift, Ansible Automation, OpenShift AI, Telco Service offerings, and middleware products.

• Foster cross-functional alignment among Red Hat’s sales, solutions architecture, and customer success teams to facilitate long-term growth within accounts.

• Work closely with key stakeholders to grasp business initiatives and align Red Hat solutions for measurable results.

• Maintain a strong pipeline, oversee forecasting, and consistently achieve or surpass revenue objectives.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years of experience in enterprise software sales, demonstrating a solid track record of managing large strategic accounts.

• In-depth knowledge of the telecommunications sector, ideally with direct experience collaborating with or selling to Tier 1 Telco carriers.

• Strong capability to navigate complex customer landscapes and influence decisions at the executive level.

• Proven track record in driving multi-product sales and spearheading cross-selling initiatives.

• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.

• Willingness to travel frequently to customer sites in the Pacific Northwest, Dallas, TX, and Kansas City.

• Experience in consultative engagement with a major enterprise software firm or within the sales division of an enterprise software reseller.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficiency in English.

• A solutions-oriented sales approach in a multi-offering and service environment.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with global cross-functional teams to drive customer success.
