Senior Stock Plan Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete global equity and ESPP lifecycle operations (grant processing, RSU vesting/settlements, stock option exercises, cancellations, ESPP enrollment/purchases) to ensure flawless execution and a seamless experience for participants.

• Design, implement, and automate stock plan workflows across various systems (Workday, ADP, Fidelity) to enhance efficiency and eliminate manual errors.

• Establish a robust internal control framework and lead thorough equity reconciliations to guarantee 100% data integrity and ongoing SOX compliance.

• Collaborate strategically with Legal, Finance, and Corporate Tax to assist with Section 16 filings, address complex data anomalies, and accurately model stock-based compensation expenses (ASC 718).

• Stay updated on global regulatory changes and tax mobility frameworks to proactively ensure international compliance while reducing tax and legal risks.

• Act as a subject-matter expert on the company's stock plans, working with executive stakeholders to prepare materials for the Compensation Committee and proxy equity tables.

• Create and implement scalable employee equity education initiatives (webinars, FAQs, etc.) to clarify complex equity structures and enhance the perceived value of Total Rewards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in leading complex equity and ESPP programs within a global, rapidly growing, publicly traded technology company.

• Hands-on expertise with Fidelity PSW and a Certified Equity Professional (CEP) Level 3 designation are highly preferred.

• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, complex logic formulas, xlookup/vlookup) with an unwavering commitment to zero-error execution.

• A strong history of resolving complex, ambiguous data issues across multi-system environments and developing scalable, automated compliance solutions.

• The capability to convey intricate financial narratives in a straightforward manner, build cross-departmental alignment, and act as a reliable resource for employees.
