Senior Stock Plan Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete global equity and Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) lifecycle operations.

• Create, implement, and automate stock plan workflows to enhance efficiency.

• Ensure adherence to internal controls and facilitate thorough equity reconciliations.

• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and Corporate Tax departments for support on stock-based compensation.

• Stay updated with global regulatory changes to ensure international compliance.

• Work alongside executives to prepare materials for the Compensation Committee.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience managing complex equity and ESPP initiatives in a global, rapidly-growing, publicly-traded technology firm.

• Proficient in using Fidelity PSW, with a preference for candidates holding a Certified Equity Professional (CEP) Level 3 designation.

• Advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets, including pivot tables, complex logic formulas, and xlookup/vlookup.

• Proven ability to resolve complex and ambiguous data challenges across multi-system environments.

• Excellent communication skills to articulate intricate financial narratives in a straightforward manner.
