This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Oversee the complete global equity and Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) lifecycle operations, which include grant processing, RSU vesting and settlements, stock option exercises, cancellations, and ESPP enrollment and purchases.
• Create, implement, and automate stock plan workflows across various systems, including Workday, ADP, and Fidelity.
• Establish a robust internal control framework and lead thorough equity reconciliations.
• Collaborate strategically with Legal, Finance, and Corporate Tax teams to facilitate Section 16 filings.
• Stay informed about global regulatory changes and tax mobility frameworks.
• Act as a subject-matter expert on the company’s stock plans.
• Design and implement scalable educational programs for employee equity.
• Extensive, hands-on experience managing equity and ESPP initiatives within rapidly growing, publicly traded technology firms.
• Strong preference for candidates with experience in Fidelity PSW and a Certified Equity Professional (CEP) Level 3 designation.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, including pivot tables, complex logic formulas, and xlookup/vlookup functions.
• Proven ability to analyze and resolve complex, ambiguous data challenges across multiple systems.
