Senior Statistical Programmer, Pharmacometrics – Clinical Trials

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico, +6 more countries.

📋 Description

• Develop and validate intricate datasets and outputs utilizing SAS, ensuring adherence to CDISC standards, including ADaM and SDTM.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance statistical programming processes, boosting efficiency and accuracy.

• Provide expert guidance on statistical methodologies for clinical trial projects and various departments.

• Mentor and support junior programmers in their professional development.

• Enhance programming workflows and establish departmental standards.

• Ensure the delivery of high-quality statistical programming outputs by following established best practices and protocols.

• Lead efforts to improve programming tools and techniques.

• Collaborate with leadership to align programming goals with the broader objectives of the organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.

• 2+ years of experience in efficacy analysis (ADaM datasets and TLFs) and/or 4+ years in ADaM statistical programming within clinical trials.

• Proficient in R programming language (mandatory).

• Proficient in the SAS programming language.

• Advanced proficiency in English, both written and spoken, to be assessed during the interview process.

• A native LATAM language is required: Spanish or Portuguese.

• Capability to lead and manage team members effectively.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive project data and internal communications.

• Strong judgment and decision-making skills in selecting appropriate statistical methods and programming techniques.

• Ability to manage time and resources effectively to meet tight deadlines.

• Excellent project management capabilities.

• Comprehensive understanding of SAS programming and CDISC standards.

• Ability to accurately analyze and interpret financial data.

• Strong problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
