This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create and oversee the Stakeholder Engagement Strategy and Strategic Stakeholder Engagement Plan that align with program growth and objectives.
• Establish and nurture relationships with program stakeholders across federal, state, local, tribal, territorial, international, and private sectors, grounded in trust and mutual respect.
• Effectively communicate to keep stakeholders informed while managing their expectations through consultation and negotiation.
• Develop outreach strategies that empower stakeholders to advocate for a federal program within their respective mission areas.
• Spearhead the development of new and revised fact sheets, online updates, and other materials that support stakeholders.
• Organize schedules and facilitate meetings, briefings, presentations, virtual webinars, ad hoc training sessions, and technical demonstrations to showcase the program’s capabilities.
• Carry out mission-critical visits and other engagement activities with stakeholders at various locations throughout the United States as requested by the Government.
• Keep track of stakeholder communications using an Engagement Lifecycle Management tool and maintain documentation, products, and deliverables.
• Generate Event Summaries, Stakeholder Engagement Metric Reports, and Stakeholder Engagement Activity Reports for executive audiences.
• Grasp the complete range of program features and products to inform stakeholders and enhance participation in communications.
• At least 10 years of pertinent experience in leading teams and identifying business needs of stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline.
• Expertise in communication, change management, and engaging and mobilizing stakeholders.
• Experience in supporting complex projects and transformation initiatives within the federal government.
• Capability to obtain and maintain a DHS suitability/public trust determination.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
• This position is a contingent hire role.
• Offers are subject to client approval.
• Must meet security requirements.
• Must comply with any on-site requirements that may evolve at the time of contract award.
• Remote work is expected, with occasional travel for client engagements possibly required.
