
Senior Staffing Support Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Oversee the complete staffing process from opportunity intake through engagement to the invoicing team.
• Ensure that all corporate policies, compliance requirements, and placement documentation are completed thoroughly and promptly.
• Collaborate with sales teams and staffing partners across the country to qualify, support, and fulfill staffing needs.
• Engage directly with customers to clarify job requirements, coordinate interviews, and manage expectations.
• Carry out candidate pre-screening and technical qualification assessments alongside ePlus engineering staff.
• Sustain ongoing relationships with placed consultants to track engagement status and facilitate successful assignments.
• Cultivate and enhance customer relationships to uncover and support new business opportunities with your Staffing BDE.
• Attend customer and sales team meetings to advocate for and expand staffing services when necessary.
• Keep candidate records updated in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Assist with reporting, tracking, and other administrative duties as assigned.
• A high school diploma is required.
• A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• 3–5+ years of experience in staffing support, recruiting coordination, or staffing operations.
• Strong knowledge of staffing services and recruiting processes.
• Exceptional customer service, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and candidate databases is preferred (Job Diva is our ATS).
• Ability to collaborate effectively with management, sales teams, and colleagues.
• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while meeting critical deadlines.
• Strong customer-facing and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to perform under pressure while maintaining attention to detail and professionalism.
