Senior Staff Software Engineer

📋 Description

• Designing intricate modules or applications of high complexity.

• Leading design and development initiatives focused on architecture, scalability, availability, and performance.

• Offering technical leadership and defining the software development process within an agile framework.

• Assisting developers with planning, execution, and design architecture.

• Collaborating with Product Line Leaders to grasp product requirements and vision.

• Gathering system-level requirements by engaging with various stakeholders.

• Leading impact assessments and making decisions regarding technology selections.

• Serving as a subject matter expert in processes and methodologies.

• Exhibiting proficiency in navigating ambiguity and prioritizing tasks.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a “STEM” Major (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math).

• 8 years of experience in software engineering.

• Expertise in the SmartSignal Analytics processing engine and its configuration.

• Proven understanding of the APM SmartSignal product.

• Proven understanding of the SmartSignal Classic (On-premise) product.

• Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Analysis and Design, Software Design Patterns, C# .NET, and Java coding standards.

• Practical experience with web services (REST, SOAP, WSDL, etc.), SQL Server Database, PostgreSQL, and similar technologies.

• Advanced understanding of Lean Six Sigma principles (e.g., certified as Black Belt).
