Senior Staff Software Engineer

• INNOVATES and CREATES new systems

• ENHANCES and REFINES existing systems

• GUIDES the Strategy and Execution of a technical roadmap

• PROVIDES technical expertise and thought leadership across the enterprise

• WORKS collaboratively with product managers, team members, customers, and other engineering groups

• EMPLOYS programming languages such as .NET, Python, SQL, and NoSQL

• ASSUMES responsibility for the quality, usability, and performance of the solutions

• SHAPES and DEVELOPS vision alongside stakeholders

• SERVES as a role model and COACHES engineers

• DISSEMINATES best practices and OPTIMIZES processes

• EVALUATES costs and forecasts for business strategies

• IDENTIFIES and ENSURES resource requirements

• ADHERES to attendance standards at the workplace

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a comparable field of study or work experience

• Over 10 years of professional experience in software development

• More than 8 years of experience in architecture and design

• At least 6 years of experience with open source frameworks

• A minimum of 4 years of experience with AWS, GCP, Azure, or other cloud services

• Over 3 years of experience in people management
