📋 Description

• Lead the design and advancement of essential systems.

• Establish the vision, architecture, operational model, and implementation roadmap.

• Engage in system design, prototype solutions, and both write and review code.

• Modernize the service architecture and cloud infrastructure.

• Work in close collaboration with engineering leadership and product teams.

• Provide mentorship to engineers and foster a culture of operational excellence.

• Act as the primary technical representative in enterprise sales.

• Guarantee the reliability, scalability, and resilience of the platform.

⛳️ Requirements

• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Over 15 years of experience in distributed systems, platform engineering, or infrastructure roles.

• Demonstrated experience in architecting large-scale, high-availability multi-tenant distributed systems in production environments.

• Extensive hands-on experience with modern cloud-native technologies (Kubernetes, containers, service mesh, serverless).

• In-depth knowledge of distributed systems fundamentals: consistency models, consensus, partitioning, idempotency, backpressure, and failure modes.

• Advanced proficiency in Python, Go, Java, or similar languages; strong debugging skills at the systems level.

• Expertise in infrastructure as code tools (Terraform, Pulumi, or similar) and contemporary CI/CD practices.

• Experience in designing event-driven and streaming architectures (Kafka or similar).

• Background in building developer platforms, internal tools, or paved-road infrastructure at scale.

• Strong grasp of observability practices and SRE principles (SLOs, error budgets, incident management).

• Practical experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP at a production scale.

• Solid understanding of infrastructure security, multi-tenancy, and compliance best practices.

• Capability to operate effectively at both the executive and deeply technical levels.
