Senior Staff Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist in the execution of urgent and high-priority requests within the AI HK portfolio.

• Organize program activities for essential AI initiatives, including support for implementation and adoption strategies.

• Recognize gaps, outstanding actions, dependencies, and execution risks concerning AI HK initiatives and facilitate their resolution.

• Monitor milestones, deliverables, decisions, and action items to ensure progress is timely and follow-up is conducted.

• Offer assistance with budget planning, tracking, and reporting.

• Compose, coordinate, and manage communications for AI HK, including leadership updates and stakeholder messaging.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of professional experience OR an Associate's degree with a minimum of 8 years OR a High School Diploma with no less than 10 years of professional experience.

• At least 5 years of professional experience in program management, project management, business operations, or initiative coordination.

• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.

• Preferred experience in supporting AI, digital, technology, or transformation initiatives.

• Knowledge of Daily & Visual Management for tracking targets against results.

• Experience in applying structured problem-solving methodologies.
