Senior / Staff Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to initiate and complete roadmap projects without hand-offs.

• Identify opportunities to redesign or enhance key screens and workflows, as well as address minor quality issues and "paper cuts" while using Linear.

• Develop mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals to effectively communicate ideas and outline their execution.

• Lead and motivate fellow designers through collaborative critiques of work-in-progress.

• Utilize and enhance our lightweight design system components.

• Assist in recruiting new team members who can elevate both our team and our product.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in software design.

• Willingness to ask questions, experiment, and advocate for your beliefs.

• Openness to receiving feedback, adjusting your perspective, and iterating towards optimal solutions.

• Proficiency in prototyping with Figma and familiarity with additional tools such as AI, HTML/CSS, and Origami.

• Capability to distill problems and feedback into clear and focused design solutions.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, as much of our work is asynchronous.
