Senior Staff Integration Engineer – Security Platform, Data Pipelines

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Connect and onboard a variety of cybersecurity data sources

• Map and normalize security data to enhance exposure and threat management use cases

• Tailor workflows to achieve measurable results

• Configure, customize, and automate data transformations and workflows utilizing Python and APIs

• Collaborate with cybersecurity subject matter experts to establish data pipelines and align IT and security sources with customer use cases

• Diagnose pipeline health and review customer data across different environments

• Detect data quality issues and security vulnerabilities, and outline remediation strategies

• Work alongside Sales, Product, and Services teams on implementation and integration strategies

• Convey technical insights to stakeholders

• Offer field-based feedback to Engineering to enhance product development

• Report to the Director of Software Development Engineering within the Technical Implementation and Integration department

⛳️ Requirements

• Fundamental understanding of AI/ML technologies and experience with leveraging, securing, or promoting AI-driven solutions to improve outcomes within your functional area

• Practical experience overseeing the entire data pipeline lifecycle, including ingestion, mapping, deduplication, normalization, merging, and unification

• Specialized experience working with data pipelines in cybersecurity platforms (e.g., SIEM, Unified Vulnerability Management)

• Comprehensive understanding of vulnerability, exposure, and threat management

• Demonstrated ability to integrate various security tools and data sources, such as EDR, vulnerability scanners, CNAPP/CSPM, ticketing systems/CMDB, identity providers, and cloud logs

• Strong expertise in data modeling, SQL, and Python

• Experience with data parsing, transformations, APIs, and comprehensive troubleshooting of complex data challenges

• Experience in designing or refining security data pipelines that support AI-driven anomaly detection models or automated threat-hunting systems

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent professional experience (preferred)
