Senior Staff Information Systems Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the senior technical owner and design authority for Cribl's fundamental IT systems and workflows.

• Take ownership and enhance identity platforms and lifecycle workflows.

• Oversee AWS-based IT infrastructure, including managing access patterns.

• Design and sustain automations throughout the IT stack.

• Provide senior technical leadership regarding ServiceNow architecture.

• Establish scalable standards for IT-managed systems.

• Support enterprise AI tools and agent frameworks.

• Participate in the on-call rotation for critical incidents.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in corporate IT or systems engineering.

• Strong practical experience with AWS for internal IT systems.

• Proficient in ServiceNow administration.

• Extensive scripting experience with Python, PowerShell, Bash, or similar tools.

• Capability to independently lead technical initiatives.

• Experience in setting up or managing log management and observability platforms.

• In-depth hands-on experience with enterprise identity platforms like Okta.

• Proven ownership of macOS and/or Windows endpoint management.
