• Contribute to the Enterprise Security roadmap and assist in executing related initiatives.
• Lead engineering efforts for Data Loss Prevention (DLP) solutions (e.g., Netskope, Purview) by developing and fine-tuning advanced policies to minimize false positives and safeguard sensitive data across endpoints, SaaS, email, and cloud environments.
• Create secure AI automation and aid in establishing practical guidelines for the safe utilization of AI services.
• Define and enforce effective standards for Identity and Access Management (IAM), Privileged Access Management (PAM), Endpoint Management (EPM), Cloud Access Security Broker (CASB), and Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA).
• Develop and manage enterprise-wide security controls that strike a balance between protection and usability.
• Conduct security and vendor assessments, along with design reviews to identify risks and establish secure reference architectures.
• Support privacy and compliance efforts by coordinating Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs) and Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs), testing the effectiveness of controls, collecting audit evidence, and ensuring remediation efforts are completed.
• Collaborate with IT, engineering, and business teams, mentor colleagues, and lead blameless post-incident reviews to enhance processes.
• Manage technical vendor relationships and execute proof-of-concept projects with clearly defined success criteria.
• A BS/MS in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• 13 years of relevant IT experience or a related master’s degree.
• At least 8 years of experience in cybersecurity, specifically focusing on Enterprise Security Engineering.
• Demonstrated expertise with enterprise DLP platforms (e.g., Netskope, Purview, Endpoint DLP) and the ability to design and fine-tune advanced policies.
• Experience in developing secure AI automation and workflows utilizing tools like Copilot or Gemini.
• Proficiency in scripting and automation (PowerShell, Python) and query languages (KQL, SQL).
• Extensive knowledge of enterprise controls including CASB, ZTNA, IAM, PAM, and EPM, with hands-on experience implementing Zero Trust principles.
• Strong foundational knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Azure, along with working familiarity with AWS.
• Exceptional communication and assessment abilities, with a proven record of influencing stakeholders, conducting vendor evaluations, architecture assessments, and privacy impact assessments leading to actionable results.
• Preferred certifications include CISSP, CCSP, Microsoft SC-400/SC-100, or Netskope certifications.
