This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Define and create scalable Teamcenter technical solutions that align with business and engineering requirements.
• Offer leadership and governance in technical architecture across Teamcenter environments and PLM ecosystems.
• Design, configure, and oversee Teamcenter workflows, EBOM/MBOM structures, and engineering change management processes.
• Architect and manage Teamcenter-SAP integrations utilizing T4S, ensuring smooth data exchange across ECM, MM, DIR, and BOM processes.
• Oversee Teamcenter ITK, server-side customizations, and Java-based development activities.
• Lead the configuration, customization, and extension development initiatives for Active Workspace.
• Design and support JT visualization, digital mock-up, and viewing solutions within Teamcenter.
• Establish development standards, code quality practices, and version management utilizing GIT and SVN.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, engineering teams, and enterprise architects to outline PLM roadmaps and solution strategies.
• Ensure the scalability, performance, security, and maintainability of Teamcenter implementations.
• Provide technical mentorship, architecture reviews, and guidance to development and support teams.
• Diagnose complex issues related to Teamcenter and integrations while promoting continuous improvement initiatives.
• Total experience of 8+ years.
• Extensive experience in Siemens Teamcenter architecture, configuration, customization, and administration.
• Hands-on expertise in Teamcenter Configuration, Data Model, BMIDE, and Workflow Management (Must Have).
• Significant experience in Teamcenter SAP Integration, particularly T4S integration with SAP ECM, MM, DIR, and BOM processes (Must Have).
• Practical experience with Teamcenter ITK development, customization, and server-side extensions (Must Have).
• In-depth knowledge of EBOM/MBOM management, engineering change management, and product lifecycle management processes (Must Have).
• Experience in governing and managing Teamcenter workflows, business rules, and change management processes.
• Hands-on experience with Active Workspace configuration, customization, and extensions.
• Strong understanding of Teamcenter server-side architecture and governance of Java development.
• Experience with JT Visualization, viewing technologies, and digital product representation.
• Proficiency in version control systems such as GIT and SVN.
• Comprehensive understanding of PLM integration architecture, data synchronization, and enterprise application integration.
• Excellent problem-solving, stakeholder management, communication, and technical leadership abilities.
• Experience in Solution Architect or Technical Architect roles within Teamcenter/PLM environments.
