Senior Staff Engineer, ServiceNow – HAM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the ServiceNow team to deploy ServiceNow solutions across international sites.

• Offer technical proficiency in ServiceNow IT Asset Management (ITAM) modules, including Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM).

• Design, develop, and execute integrations within the ServiceNow platform.

• Assess business requirements and align them with established processes and solution designs.

• Create and implement technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

• Conduct component integration testing and ensure high-quality delivery.

• Configure and tailor ServiceNow applications according to business needs.

• Apply configuration modifications utilizing UI Policies, UI Actions, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Jelly Scripting, and AngularJS.

• Work in partnership with cross-functional teams to guarantee the successful execution of projects.

• Diagnose and resolve technical challenges on the ServiceNow platform.

• Ensure compliance with ServiceNow best practices and engage in continuous improvement efforts.

• Take part in design and code reviews, offering technical suggestions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in the field.

• Extensive experience with ServiceNow ITAM, HAM, ITSM, and integrations.

• Practical experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow integrations.

• Familiarity with ServiceNow Asset Management processes and industry best practices.

• Knowledge of modules such as IT Operations Management (ITOM) or Customer Service Management (CSM), along with ITIL principles.

• Possession of ServiceNow SPM certification is essential.

• Deep understanding of ITAM, HAM, SAM, and ITSM modules.

• Capability to convert business requirements into technical solutions.

• Experience in developing and implementing technical solutions along with conducting integration testing.

• Practical skills in ServiceNow scripting, including Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Jelly Scripting, and AngularJS.

• Strong problem-solving abilities, communication skills, and stakeholder management capabilities.

• Ability to operate in a global delivery environment.

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
