Senior Staff Engineer – INFOR M3 Finance Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Work closely with clients to gain insights into their financial processes, business needs, and goals.

• Evaluate current systems and workflows to pinpoint areas for enhancement.

• Provide expert guidance to clients on financial management best practices utilizing Infor M3.

• Set up Infor M3 finance modules, which include General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management.

• Oversee the implementation of Infor M3 finance solutions.

• Perform comprehensive end-to-end testing of financial modules.

• Design and deliver training sessions for end-users.

• Offer support after implementation and resolve any issues that arise.

• Aid in system optimization efforts.

• Develop and maintain documentation for configuration, processes, and procedures.

• Keep track of Infor M3 releases, features, and trends within the industry.

• Recognize opportunities for ongoing improvements.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial solutions with other business processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 7 years of relevant experience.

• Proficient in Infor M3 and its Finance module.

• Experience with modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management.

• Capability to comprehend financial processes, business needs, and goals.

• Skill in analyzing existing systems and processes.

• Proficient in configuring and implementing Infor M3 finance solutions.

• Experience in conducting end-to-end testing of financial modules.

• Ability to create and deliver training for end-users effectively.

• Skills in providing post-implementation support and resolving issues.

• Capability to create and maintain system configuration, process, and procedure documentation.

• Knowledge of current Infor M3 releases, features, and industry trends.

• Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams.
