Senior Staff Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Spearhead business solution initiatives by converting intricate business requirements into scalable PLM architectures and enterprise integration strategies.

• Create and implement comprehensive PLM solutions that encompass data models, workflows, system configurations, and integrations across ERP, MES, ALM, and CAD platforms.

• Enhance manufacturing and engineering business processes, including PDM, Engineering Change Management, and BOM Management (eBOM/mBOM/BOP).

• Partner with business stakeholders, technical teams, and leadership to ensure PLM solutions align with digital transformation and organizational goals.

• Provide architectural guidance for customizations, cloud-based PLM implementations, migration initiatives, and modernization of legacy systems.

• Guarantee the delivery of high-quality solutions through architecture governance, performance enhancements, and compliance with enterprise security standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in Business Solutioning with a robust focus on PLM Integration across ERP, MES, ALM, and CAD systems.

• Profound knowledge of manufacturing and engineering business processes, including PDM, Engineering Change Management, Workflow & Lifecycle Management, and BOM Management (eBOM/mBOM/BOP).

• Demonstrated hands-on expertise with PLM platforms such as Windchill, Enovia, Aras, or similar technologies.

• Strong understanding of CAD integrations including NX, Creo, SolidWorks, and CATIA, along with experience in cloud-based PLM implementations and modernization projects.

• Exceptional consulting, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving abilities with a strong focus on delivery.

• Proficiency in German (mandatory) and strong communication skills in English.
