Senior Specialist Solution Architect, Ansible

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Spearhead technical validation efforts with clients through presentations, demonstrations, in-depth technical discussions, and workshops.

• Facilitate discovery, analysis, and design workshops tailored for both technical and non-technical teams.

• Exhibit thought leadership by producing white papers, conducting webinars, contributing code, and presenting at industry events and Red Hat conferences.

• Conduct Red Hat Ansible workshops that influence customer use cases and architectural decisions.

• Define evaluations and assist customers in navigating proofs of concept and pilot deployments.

• Collaborate effectively with Product Engineering, Professional Services, Support, Sales, and other internal product teams.

• Serve as an advocate for customers while designing dependable and innovative solutions.

• Create repeatable methodologies and tools to enhance service capabilities, encourage consistent engagements, and mitigate delivery risks.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in the Automation domain.

• Between 3 to 5 years of experience in roles such as developer, solution architect, enterprise architect, or consulting delivery, with a focus on Automation.

• Strong understanding of Automation market trends and experience engaging with C-level customers.

• Advanced expertise in the Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform.

• Proven ability to automate infrastructure, networking (particularly Cisco), and security solutions.

• Experience in architecting and implementing automation solutions including Puppet, Chef, SaltStack, and Terraform.

• Proficient knowledge of UNIX or Linux systems, especially Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL), Red Hat Satellite, and related technologies.

• Demonstrated ability to cultivate relationships at engineering, commercial, and executive levels within large enterprise IT organizations.

• Skilled in orchestrating proofs of concept from initiation to business closure.

• Possession of Red Hat certification is highly preferred, including certifications such as Red Hat Certified Engineer, Red Hat Certified Specialist in Managing Automation with Ansible Automation Platform, or Red Hat Certified Architect.

• A degree in Computing and/or Engineering is preferred.
