This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Manage incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and chats from real estate agents regarding their Equator accounts, password resets, and technical concerns - these are warm leads, so no cold calling is involved.
• Promote additional value by upselling real estate agents' existing memberships for receiving qualified leads on property listings.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries efficiently and in a timely manner.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues associated with the Equator platform.
• Conduct product demonstrations to highlight the advantages of Equator's services.
• Keep precise customer records and update information within the CRM system.
• Work alongside the sales team to pinpoint potential upselling opportunities.
• Assist in crafting and executing sales strategies aimed at enhancing customer retention.
• Generate and qualify new leads.
• Compile and present regular reports on customer interactions, sales activities, and performance metrics.
• Remain informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and updates to Equator's products.
• Engage in ongoing training to improve product knowledge and customer service expertise.
• A graduate degree with over 3 years of experience in a sales support role, preferably within the Mortgage Domain.
• Proficient in utilizing software applications.
