nCino Platform Administrator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• The nCino Platform Administrator is tasked with the configuration and continuous enhancement of the nCino platform that facilitates both retail consumer lending and commercial lending.

• Acting as the primary administrator and subject matter expert, this role guarantees that lending workflows are effective, compliant, and in line with business and regulatory standards.

• Additionally, the position carries out general Salesforce administration responsibilities, ensuring the stability, security, and scalability of the overall Salesforce ecosystem.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in a technology-related field or 1-3 years of experience in platform administration.

• Capability to interpret technical specifications and produce technical documentation.

• A general understanding of banking, consumer lending, and small business lending is preferred.

• Familiarity with Salesforce/nCino products is preferred.

• Certification in Salesforce or nCino is preferred (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator and/or nCino Platform Certification).
