This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Oversee the daily operations and functionality of order-to-cash systems.
• Recognize and execute process improvements to enhance efficiency, minimize errors, and elevate both customer and provider experiences.
• Collaborate with third-party software vendors and internal technical teams to support OTC systems, integrations, and enhancements.
• Maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), service level agreements (SLAs), and controls to ensure consistent execution and adherence to regulatory compliance (GDP, SOX, and relevant requirements).
• Guide the resolution of complex order issues by working across teams to pinpoint root causes and implement corrective measures.
• Integrate feedback from customers and internal stakeholders to refine workflows and enhance user platform reliability.
• Collaborate closely with Finance, Supply Chain, Commercial, and IT teams to ensure alignment in order processing, billing, and revenue recognition activities.
• Monitor and communicate operational performance, risks, and opportunities for improvement to leadership.
• Assist with new product launches, system updates, and process changes to ensure preparedness and seamless execution.
• Cultivate accountability and a culture of continuous improvement.
• 5-7+ years of experience in order management, OTC operations, or related systems.
• Strong comprehension of order-to-cash processes, encompassing order entry, billing, and revenue implications.
• Experience with enterprise systems (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, ordering platforms, integrations, etc.).
• Practical experience in supporting or enhancing SAP OTC modules (order processing, billing, invoicing).
• Project Management experience in managing deliverables, identifying risks, and aligning objectives with organizational goals.
• Experience in managing timelines, dependencies, and cross-functional deliverables in system or process initiatives.
• Capability to analyze operational data and drive informed process enhancements.
• Proficiency in analytics tools (Power BI, Excel, SAP reporting) for trend identification and decision-making.
• Demonstrated experience in collaborating across business and technical teams.
• Familiarity with regulatory and compliance frameworks (e.g., GDP, SOX).
