Senior Specialist, MID Payer Services – Accreditation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Assist practices in optimizing their medically integrated pharmacies and dispensaries through the accreditation process.

• Collaborate closely with practices to achieve and uphold accreditation standards.

• Support practices in the creation and sustainability of continuous improvement initiatives.

• Serve as a consulting advisor to practices to improve patient access and formulate contracting strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree or equivalent experience is required.

• Over 7 years of experience in pharmacy contracting, pharmacy quality enhancement, and/or pharmacy regulatory and payer compliance.

• At least 3 years of experience with URAC or ACHC pharmacy accreditation.

• A minimum of 3 years of practice consulting experience.

• Proven track record in developing customer performance improvement plans.

• Familiarity with pharmacy systems and workflow processes.
