This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.
• Conducting research, composing, and sustaining clear, up-to-date, and practical legal content that aligns with market practices, customer requirements, and business goals.
• Reviewing and refining content authored by others, whether they are colleagues or external expert contributors.
• Staying informed about legal, practice, and market changes to ensure content remains precise, relevant, and in line with business objectives.
• Leveraging your legal expertise to assist in the creation of customer-centric AI-powered legal solutions offered by Thomson Reuters.
• Ensuring you cultivate and uphold an in-depth understanding of the legal market, customer needs, emerging trends, and competitors.
• Participating in training events, conferences, and talks, while networking with customers, potential clients, and industry leaders.
• Dutch qualified lawyer (advocaat) with outstanding writing and communication abilities in English.
• A minimum of 5 years' post-qualification experience as an employment lawyer in either a law firm or in-house setting in The Netherlands.
• Extensive knowledge of Dutch employment law.
• Exceptional writing and communication skills in English, along with a passion for accurately and concisely discussing legal practices in plain English.
• A collaborative mindset with the capacity to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient technical skills with the ability to effectively utilize various tools, including generative AI technologies, to boost productivity and accuracy.
• Adaptability and flexibility to engage in various projects and tasks within the generative AI domain, as well as new and emerging technologies.
• Experience in utilizing AI tools within legal work.
• Strong knowledge of online research databases.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and working in a matrixed environment, with a proven ability to foster relationships and collaborate with diverse teams.
