Senior Specialist, Legal Editor – Corporate and M&A

📋 Description

• Conduct research, author, and uphold clear, relevant, and practical legal documentation.

• Review and refine content produced by other team members.

• Stay informed on developments in law, practice, and market trends.

• Contribute to the creation of customer-centric AI-driven legal solutions at Thomson Reuters.

• Build and sustain relationships with legal professionals and industry associations.

• Support the broader Thomson Reuters team across various tasks.

⛳️ Requirements

• Juris Doctor degree with an active license to practice law in at least one US jurisdiction.

• Minimum of 8 years of experience as a corporate and M&A attorney in a law firm or corporate setting, with a proven history of managing complex M&A transactions.

• In-depth knowledge of corporate law and M&A agreements.

• Exceptional writing abilities.

• Collaborative spirit with the capacity to work effectively both independently and within a team.

• Strong technical proficiency and experience with AI technologies.

• Interest in the convergence of AI and legal practice.

• Experience in utilizing AI tools for legal tasks.
