Senior Specialist, Legal Editor – Corp & M&A

📋 Description

• Conduct research, compose, and maintain clear, up-to-date, and applicable legal content

• Review and refine content produced by others

• Stay informed about legal and market trends

• Leverage legal knowledge to assist in the creation of customer-centric AI-driven legal solutions

• Cultivate and sustain relationships with attorneys and industry organizations

⛳️ Requirements

• Juris Doctor degree with an active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction

• Minimum of 8 years' experience as a sponsor-side Private Equity attorney

• In-depth experience advising private equity sponsors, co-investors, and lenders on acquisitions and dispositions

• Knowledge of LBO structures, fund economics, financing terms, and the formation of private funds

• Excellent writing abilities

• Capability to effectively employ various tools, including generative AI technologies in legal tasks

• Candidates shortlisted for a second interview will be required to complete a writing assessment
