Senior Specialist, Legal

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Supervise the automated extraction process of the contract database, ensuring the precision of recorded dates, financial triggers, and clauses.

• Maintain ongoing alignment between the contract database and Salesforce, addressing any discrepancies.

• Collaborate closely with the Growth Office and Pursuit Excellence team to guarantee that the contract database framework supports business development and renewal initiatives.

• Actively identify and activate contractual rights, such as price indexation (COLA), annual rate assessments, and tier adjustments based on volume.

• Track and report on Renewal Windows and Expiry Dates throughout the portfolio.

• Work in partnership with Client Service Directors (CSDs) and Account Directors (ADs) to deliver regular updates on their account’s commercial leverage and upcoming milestones.

• Team up with the Pursuit Excellence team to furnish historical contract data and insights for new proposals or significant renewals.

• Oversee the formal Post-Signature Hand-off from the Legal team, ensuring a smooth transition and that all commercial details are accurately represented in Salesforce.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in contract management, commercial management, or paralegal roles within a fast-paced professional services environment.

• Expertise in Salesforce and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) / AI-powered contract database software.

• Strong capability to interpret legal terminology through a commercial perspective; recognizing how terms such as "Indexation" and "Material Change" affect the financial outcome.

• Experience collaborating with Growth or Sales Operations teams (e.g., Pursuit Excellence) to further business development goals.

• Outstanding stakeholder management abilities; capable of holding senior leaders accountable for contractual deadlines and commercial triggers.
