Legal Analyst, Credit Recovery – Mediation/Negotiation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Facilitate negotiations and mediate agreements pertaining to credit recovery.

• Provide support to attorneys with various administrative and operational tasks associated with credit recovery.

• Generate reports and manage email communications.

• Maintain and update spreadsheets, systems, and internal controls.

• Aid in the preparation and organization of case documents and procedural data.

• Engage with clients as needed.

• Assist in the analysis and organization of information for case monitoring purposes.

• Employ generative artificial intelligence tools to enhance the department's operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Open to law students in their 4th or 5th year, or recent law graduates — candidates must not possess Bar registration (no OAB) (mandatory).

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, at an intermediate to advanced level.

• Familiar with generative artificial intelligence tools.

• Experience with legal and/or management systems.

• Ability to handle a high volume of tasks comfortably.

• Knowledge of Python is advantageous.

• Familiarity with cloud solutions is a plus.

• Experience with Canva is an added benefit.

• Possess an analytical and organized outlook.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong persuasive abilities.

• Demonstrates proactivity and prioritization skills.

• Capable of logical reasoning and meticulous attention to detail.

• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.

• Experience in negotiations and mediation concerning credit recovery agreements.

• Background in credit recovery or related fields.

• Proven experience in report preparation and management controls.

• Experience in updating spreadsheets and systems.

• Supporting legal teams is considered a plus.
