Legal Analyst – Case Closure

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Conduct analysis within the State Court system to pinpoint cases that qualify for closure.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a law student or graduate without active bar registration (mandatory).

• Proven experience in analyzing case files and verifying information for case closure.

• Background in analytical tasks with a strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

• Capability to identify procedural stages and court pleadings.

• Understanding of judicial systems such as PJE, ESAJ, and EPROC.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (intermediate level), particularly Excel (including filters, tables, and basic formulas).

• A proactive approach to suggesting improvements and correcting data.

• Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.

• Keen attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in verification processes.

• Effective organization and management of information.

• Analytical skills to detect inconsistencies or divergent data.
