This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Perform a systematic evaluation of the T&S knowledge landscape.
• Establish the foundational structure of the knowledge system.
• Create and execute frameworks that ensure coherence within the knowledge base across various teams.
• Keep a dependency map of T&S knowledge up to date.
• Develop and implement structured approaches to extract undocumented knowledge from seasoned team members.
• Facilitate active feedback from the frontline to documentation owners.
• Ensure the knowledge base remains a dynamic resource through regular content reviews.
• Act as the integrative element connecting T&S functions.
• Define and monitor metrics that indicate the effectiveness of the knowledge program.
• 3-5 years of experience in knowledge management, content strategy, program management, or a related field, ideally within Trust and Safety.
• Experience in a T&S, content moderation, or platform integrity setting is a significant advantage.
• Proven experience in auditing and reorganizing a disorganized knowledge environment.
• Ability to operate effectively with limited guidance and incomplete information.
• Excellent cross-functional communication skills.
• Capability to navigate ambiguity and excel in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in collaborating with a distributed global workforce and confidently maintaining communication while working independently.
