This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Examine purchasing behaviors, patterns, and customer demographics to create campaign concepts and customer engagement strategies.
• Formulate data-driven selection criteria and automated communication workflows.
• Oversee customer outreach through email, print, digital advertising platforms, and direct sales efforts.
• Assess response rates, conversion metrics, and channel performance.
• Review campaign success and provide targeted actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate closely with E-Commerce, Sales, Key Account Management, the Campaign Team, IT, and Data Engineering.
• Manage external data and address service providers effectively.
• Guarantee data integrity and adherence to data protection laws.
• Record selection criteria and analytical methodologies.
• Continuously enhance processes, techniques, and tools.
• Proficient in German, both written and spoken (minimum C1 level).
• Strong data skills with confidence in managing large datasets, segmentation strategies, statistical models, and basic machine learning concepts.
• Skilled in programming languages such as SAS, SQL, or Python.
• Experience with major marketing automation platforms like Adobe Campaign, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or SAP Marketing.
• Proven track record in managing data-driven B2B direct marketing campaigns.
• Familiarity with the unique attributes of print and digital marketing channels.
• Exceptional numerical and analytical abilities.
• Capacity to quickly comprehend and critically evaluate complex data, translating it into clear, actionable insights.
• Organized and self-driven work style.
