This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Costa Rica.
• Evaluate 3D Computed Tomography reconstructions for cases related to BU case planning to assess measurement appropriateness for anatomy suitable for BU implantation.
• Generate detailed imaging reports to assist in case planning.
• Conduct CT reconstructions that exceed the expertise or scope of the field team in order to enhance patient outcomes during case planning.
• Oversee the case planning process across various technical platforms in collaboration with analysts, the field team, sales operations, IT, and external parties.
• Educate the field team and/or healthcare providers on the acquisition and interpretation of CT and other imaging modalities, offering advice on executing case planning strategies.
• Responsible for inputting case planning measurement data into CRM software.
• Recognize deficiencies and suggest improvements in the CT acquisition process.
• Create and develop training materials related to image analysis for stakeholders (e.g., field support teams and/or healthcare professionals).
• Assist in implementing quality assurance procedures and other enhancements for team members (e.g., field teams).
• Engage in knowledge transfer sessions with the field team to discuss challenging cases and identify opportunities for process optimization.
• A Bachelor's or Associate's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience as per Edwards criteria is required.
• A minimum of five (5) years of previous clinical echocardiographic or cardiac sonography experience in a hospital setting.
• Certification in relevant imaging modality training (e.g., WINFOCUS, ARDMS, CCI).
• Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
• Willingness to travel up to 15% (within the United States).
