This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Ensures an excellent candidate experience while fostering strong relationships with clients across engineering, IT, health, finance, sales and marketing, HR, legal, and administrative support sectors.
• Identifies and attracts top-tier talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
• Organizes recruitment events both virtually and in-person to engage job seekers and employers, enhancing the appeal of Professional Talent Solutions.
• Aids senior consultants in creating business development and candidate evaluation documents for presentation to current and potential clients.
• Conducts follow-up consultations with clients and candidates post-placement to ensure successful integration, satisfaction, and discussion of career aspirations and long-term development objectives.
• Keeps precise and current records while providing regular updates on metrics and progress within Professional Talent Solutions.
• Facilitates a successful sales and recruitment process by effectively engaging with clients and candidates through both online and offline initiatives.
• Requires a working knowledge of the specific discipline and a foundational understanding of related concepts and procedures.
• Demonstrates familiarity with the company, its processes, and its clientele.
• Executes a variety of tasks pertinent to the discipline.
• Applies established guidelines or policies to analyze situations and resolve issues, ensuring continuous business outcomes.
• Operates with a moderate level of guidance and direction, and may offer informal mentorship to new team members.
• Influences the quality and effectiveness of their own team and may affect other interdependent work teams.
