This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• The sales specialist will be responsible for promoting the adoption of the MACSima™ and Ultramicroscope Blaze product lines.
• Achieve or surpass company sales targets within the assigned territory for designated products.
• Identify potential sales opportunities and formulate a strategy for converting these leads.
• Regularly engage with customers and prospective clients in the designated area.
• Collaborate effectively with service and support teams.
• Participate in tradeshows, sales meetings, training sessions, and other necessary events.
• Provide training and mentorship to fellow specialists in spatial biology.
• A Bachelor's Degree in life sciences is mandatory.
• A Master's Degree in life sciences is preferred.
• A Doctoral Degree in life sciences is also preferred.
• A minimum of 6-10 years of sales experience is required.
• At least 3 years of experience in capital equipment sales is necessary.
• Experience in immunology is preferred.
• Familiarity with some or all of the following techniques: immunohistochemistry, immunofluorescence, transcriptomics, spatial biology, single-cell sequencing, and high-content screening.
• Understanding of basic analysis or formats for representing large datasets is essential.
