• Develop and enhance sourcing strategies at the business or plant level.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in Sourcing and Sourcing Management.

• Educational background equivalent to a Master's degree or a high school diploma with relevant experience.

• Master's degree (or high school diploma/GED with a minimum of 6 years of experience in Job Family Group(s)/Function(s)) required for positions in the USA.

• Excellent oral and written communication abilities.

• Strong interpersonal and leadership capabilities.

• Proven track record of analyzing and resolving issues.

• Solid project management skills.
