• Lead the formulation and implementation of global category strategies for Professional Services expenditures, encompassing Consulting Services, Financial Services, and Legal Services.
• Build, guide, and nurture a high-performing global category management team.
• Drive strategic sourcing initiatives throughout the entire sourcing lifecycle, including strategy formulation, market analysis, RFX execution, supplier selection, negotiation, contract development, and buy channel management.
• Foster robust relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to build trust, influence decisions, and meet business objectives.
• Collaborate with Business Unit Category Management teams to ensure congruence on global category strategies, sourcing priorities, and policy implementation.
• Advocate for and deliver total cost efficiency and yearly productivity enhancements across designated categories.
• Oversee supplier management and performance assessment to generate value, enhance service delivery, and ensure business continuity across consulting, financial, and legal service providers.
• Own and maintain category strategies and master service agreement (MSA) frameworks for assigned spending categories, including Legal Services.
• Lead cross-functional teams on strategic sourcing initiatives and category-related projects.
• Monitor category performance, track implementation progress, and ensure the achievement of targeted business benefits.
• Promote sourcing best practices, standardization, and continuous improvement across the category portfolio.
• Utilize market intelligence, benchmarking, analytics, and financial analysis to guide strategy and decision-making.
• Extensive experience in Sourcing, Procurement, Operations, or equivalent consulting experience related to Finance or other professional services.
• Proven track record in leading organizational, process, and cultural transformation.
• Demonstrated experience engaging with senior executives and ELT leadership within an organization.
• Strong expertise in strategic sourcing, supplier management, and category strategy formulation.
• Established ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at various organizational levels.
• A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma/GED with substantial experience in the relevant job family/group/function), or equivalent experience/knowledge.
