• Oversee data and analytics initiatives for GE Vernova within Indirect Sourcing, Capex, and Travel.

• Assist the Direct Sourcing Analytics team in the creation and enhancement of actionable analytics through Sourcing360.

• Create and sustain executive dashboards, scorecards, and analytical reports utilizing Excel, Tableau, and Power BI.

• Actively enhance data quality and precision by pinpointing data deficiencies and suggesting improvements.

• Provide both strategic and operational analytics support to Sourcing Leaders.

• Spearhead analytics projects utilizing automation, GenAI, and Lean methodologies.

• Work in collaboration with Digital Technology partners to design, develop, test, and deploy innovative analytics solutions.

• Advocate for the implementation of analytics tools and platforms within various teams.

• Collaborate with the Commercial team during negotiations and the selection of third-party service providers.

• Supervise 1–2 contractors to ensure operational deliverables are met.

• Team up with the Digital Technology team to oversee new source data ingestion processes.

• Plan, manage, and monitor analytics projects to meet defined scope and quality standards.

• Conduct regular project reviews and ensure proper governance of projects.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Finance, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related domain.

• Significant experience in spend analytics, sourcing analytics, procurement reporting, or a similar field.

• Advanced proficiency in Excel, Tableau, and Power BI.

• Strong background in procurement processes and system integration projects.

• Experience in handling large datasets and converting data into actionable business insights.

• Excellent project management, stakeholder engagement, and communication abilities.

• Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Digital Technology and Finance.

• Capability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.

• Familiarity with automation, GenAI, or Lean improvement methodologies is a plus.
