This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Proactively identify both passive and active candidates using a variety of platforms, including LinkedIn, job boards, social media, professional networks, and specialized communities.
• Develop and maintain dedicated pipelines for challenging, high-priority, and aging recruitment projects to guarantee a consistent flow of qualified candidates.
• Implement targeted outbound sourcing campaigns customized to specific role requirements, industries, and candidate personas.
• Conduct market mapping and talent research to uncover candidate-rich channels and benchmark against competitor hiring practices.
• Keep active and organized talent pools, ensuring candidates are effectively categorized by role type, skillset, and availability.
• Regularly engage with and cultivate candidate relationships to maintain interest and readiness in the pipeline for current and future openings.
• Accurately update all candidate records within the ATS (Workable), ensuring data integrity and smooth transitions for recruiters.
• Work closely with recruiters and the recruitment manager to synchronize sourcing priorities with open requisitions and hiring timelines.
• Provide consistent updates on sourcing progress, pipeline metrics, and candidate activity through organized reporting tools.
• Share sourcing insights, market intelligence, and candidate feedback to continuously enhance recruitment strategies.
• Identify sourcing challenges or ambiguities in roles early and collaborate on solutions to avoid aging and stagnation in the pipeline.
• A minimum of 2–5 years of demonstrated sourcing or recruitment experience, preferably within a high-volume or agency recruitment setting.
• Advanced expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search techniques for precise candidate identification.
• Proven experience sourcing through various channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and professional communities.
• A history of successfully filling niche, specialized, or challenging roles through creative and persistent sourcing methodologies.
• Familiarity with ATS platforms; experience with Workable is highly preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple sourcing campaigns and pipelines at once.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for effectively engaging candidates and collaborating with internal stakeholders.
• High attention to detail and dedication to maintaining accurate, up-to-date candidate records.
• Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently while remaining aligned with team priorities.
• An analytical mindset, capable of interpreting sourcing data, identifying trends, and adjusting strategies accordingly.
