Senior Sourcing Associate, Procurement Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Namibia.

📋 Description

• Delivers sourcing services (RFx and direct negotiations) to clients in accordance with established service levels.

• Evaluate the completeness of requirements, and conduct due diligence and validation.

• Oversee and implement the Denali sourcing process from initiation to completion.

• Manage suppliers throughout the sourcing process.

• Conduct thorough analyses of submitted proposals, facilitate supplier assessments, and prepare detailed summaries.

• Create and/or adapt various templates, including RFx, pricing, and proposal evaluation documents.

• Collaborate with Client Category Managers and/or Denali Subject Matter Experts on project strategies.

• Mentor, share knowledge, and nurture the development of team members.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree.

• A minimum of 2-8 years of professional experience in procurement, sourcing, operations, or supply chain management.

• Comprehensive understanding of Marketing, Sales, and New Business Development Commodities and their sub-categories.

• Capability to conduct basic spend assessments for identifying opportunities.

• Advanced to expert Excel skills, including proficiency with filters, sorting, pivot tables, basic formulas, advanced formatting techniques, and advanced data manipulation.

• Expertise in various e-sourcing tools (e.g., Ariba, Procuri, Iasta, Zycus, ERP eSourcing module) at an advanced level.

• Strong negotiation skills.
